I purchased my Equinox EV from this dealership in Amsterdam,NY although I live in Syracuse,NY over 100 miles away. I was able to complete most of the purchase transaction over the phone which was very convenient. My salesperson, Cliff Smith, was straight forward about all of the details of the transaction prior to my arrival. He was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and explained everything I needed to know at the conclusion of the sale. He showed me around the service area and parts department. I have purchased close to 80 new vehicles in my lifetime and this experience was one of the best.

Service was done very well. Eric Messier, my Service Advisor did a great job getting the tire information and pricing together for me in advance. Once I had decided on the new tires I wanted on my 2022 Silverado, Eric ordered them for me and setup my appointment date for mounting and balancing. In addition, I requested a front-end alignment and fuel induction service. The alignment was within all factory specs so the dealership only charged me for checking, a savings of about $60. All work was done professionally and completely satisfactorily. The time the work took was as promised. Eric was very accommodating and friendly as is the entire staff.

I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. I had recently replaced my rear brake pads and rotors (28,000 miles), which is very unusual as I do not tow with my truck. I was initially told I would be charged for 1 hr of labor to reset the brake pad monitor system. I was then told it could be done for 1/2 hr of labor. Something which literally requires plugging in the computer and a few mouse clicks. I was also quoted $60 to replace a cabin air filter which I can by for $15. The services were performed well but your prices are forcing customers like me do things for myself or go elsewhere.

In my opinion you are overbooking your appointments. It doesn't take two hours to change the oil and filter and grease the truck I also asked to have the backup camera checked and the sensior indicating the hood was open checked. I have worked on my own trucks and cars all my life I have a good idea how long things take. In my opinion when they took my truck in my truck sat for awhile before someone started working on it. Next time I need an oil change I will take my truck somewhere else where I do not have to wait so long. I am on oxygen it is very hard for me to have to sit that long. Your service manager Michael was very good to me and very helpful as he always has been every time I have been there

I can't say enough about Mangino's. They are ,as should be expected, very reliable, efficient, and do a great job. But they go way beyond that . They are friendly and helpful. Mostly good except was talked into getting a protection plan that would provide paint protection and in the process they correct any issues with the paint. On delivery day I noticed the entire side of the vehicle has scratches and scuffs. They attempted to fix but it still had some. I was told to make an appointment to have them addressed which I did and some scratches are still there . Not sure how they can't get this correct after multiple attempts maybe you should stop selling this olan

I felt that waiting a week for an appt for what could have been a dangerous situation was very disappointing. Warning notice that said SERVICE POWER STEERING DRIVE CAREFUL came on. Luckily I didn't have any issues but driving for a week wondering if something was going to happen did not make me happy. They did Say i could leave the car for a few days and they would try to fit it in...LOL.. I WORKand needed the car.

Went for service 9/20, picked up 9/22. Paid $3,461.99 for this. Engine light came right back on next day. Not very happy. So expensive, where labor is so much more than the parts and still have the same problem. Usually very satisfied, but this time, unfortunately I am not.

Test drove a Chevy Trax on 10/1/25 and came into buy it on 10/4; salesman went over everything in the car and then went in and signed papers only to find out that the car on the dealer's lot marked 2025 had 6,076 miles on the car. I was thinking what should I do but did sign the rest of the papers. The lady doing the paper work said you didn't see that it had that mileage when you test drive it. Being 71 yrs. old and had the same car for 18 yrs. I said I was only concentrating on the traffic. When the salesman went over the car before I signed anything he never pointed out where the mileage was located and I was concentrated on what he was pointing out in the car. At that point before signing anything I would have said NO to that car if I knew it had that mileage. I was under the assumption the car was test driven and since it was October I thought maybe the car had 200 - 400 miles on it so I never inquired about the mileage. I went in Tues. 10/7 to complain and the manager gave me $1,000 check. I like the car but was disappointed that this happened.

Oh where to start! Had my appointment for oil change and at the the end told the truck was looked over and had no issues everything looks good. 2 weeks later brakes are grinding bad! Bring it back in the next and am now told rear brakes are gone and the rotors are destroyed. Hmm in just 2 weeks! Now that it was caught 2 weeks prior I now have to put new rotors on the truck which were only a year and a half old. A little over $900 later I drive out of there and guess what the brakes sensor isn't working. I really dont even want to bring it back anymore.

We brought the car in for oil change, tire rotation, and check leak in rear left that gathers in spare tire area. Possible vents plugged in sunroof. Was told that they would have to remove the sunroof to check this problem but never told how long it would take or how much. When we picked up the car they told us the vents were plugged some, but housing was cracked on right side and sunroof needed to be replaced. Not sure if the person doing job did this or not but Leake was on Left side not Right. Then never told how long this job took but it was $525 labor. WOW! We feel this was on the high side. The rest of the service was fine but with the way we feel about the service on the sunroof we will not be back there again. Even though we bought the car there and got the extended warrantee with it that does not cover a factory installed sunroof. Also my wife was told she would have a loaner vehicle but that was never there. Very Disappointed with your service department and the way the guy talked down to my wife. I do not appreciate it.

The service was good but during this visit I told them again for 2nd time that my muffler was leaking/lacking power an wouldn't you know it, they found it this time seeing how I'll have pay out pocket now. 1st time they were told about it while I was covered they couldn't find it then even though they were told same thing 2nd time around where now they found it when I'm not covered.

Wasn't happy.. i had a problem before you repaired chewed wires on my Silverado..this time I had a service brake light on. besides the oil change I had done there . i needed an inspection done.. I didn't have time to have the wire chew fixed but I needed the inspection . The service writer told me it needed brakes all the way around. Thats why the service brakes light was on..what he didn't know was that I took the front wheel off and inspected the brakes myself, thats how I knew it was another chewed wire. There was at least 1/4 inch of pad on both sides of the pads. The service writer insisted I needed brakes on all four wheels as well as rotors.. didn't see and groves either on either of the front rotors even in the techs video I didn't see any grooves in the front rotors.. couldn't see what he says was 3mm of pad left either.. I took the wheel off he just stuck a camera in there.. couldn't see anything? I’ have had several thousands of dollars in repairs from your shop .. I left without an inspection sticker and had a bad feeling in my gut from the service writer..I don't know what else to say…

Usually a pleasant experience,oil change with service coupon was adequate,but I had told the service department about a possible fuse issue with the truck and told them the specific lights that were out. So instead of just checking the fuses and if they were blown. They hooked the truck up to a trailer simulator and ended up charging me $75.00 for a simple fuse replacement. I was not happy with that aspect of this. My guard will be up next time and I probably will go to a private mechanic for any service.

Well they couldn't duplicate the issue which i understand now. I know I have a bad speaker actually i have had had few people listen and they say definitely blown speaker. The tech said that all speakers were good . Wrong answer. I will say that biggest complaint is sitting through an hour and a half of Fox News. Usually a great experience. This time, after having a tire rotation I was told I need lug nuts. Lug nuts were fine when I came in, but I left with 5 lugnuts with no covers. They told me I have to spend almost $300 to replace the lugnut covers that they broke. Slightly alarming
